AI/ML Leader
We are looking for an AI/ML Leader who can lead, build and develop the intelligence layer of our AI Workforce platform. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a coordination-only position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and mentor the AI/ML team while remaining deeply hands-on in development
- Own and execute across the full AI stack: ML, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs and Agent AI
- Design and implement mathematically sound models, agent-based systems and multi-step reasoning pipelines
- Build, fine-tune and deploy AI systems for real-world enterprise use cases
- Take end-to-end ownership — from ideation and experimentation to deployment and monitoring
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning & Deep Learning
- Expertise in Generative AI & Large Language Models
- Experience with Agent AI / agentic workflows (planning, tool use, memory, orchestration)
- Excellent foundation in mathematics (linear algebra, probability, statistics, optimization)
- Proven ability to lead teams while actively developing AI systems
